How did you hear about this brand?
I heard about Zager guitars from a colleague who had recently purchased a ZAD20E, was using it as his screen saver image, and was extremely satisfied with his new sunburst model.

How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
My new Zager ZAD20E Sunburst guitar is noticeably more playable than my vintage Washburn given its amazing action and relatively narrow neck. The tone easily rivals my vintage Gibson.

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
My favorite part is the neck.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
I would estimate the price to be in the $1200.00 to $1800.00 price range.

How would you rate customer support?
I would rate the customer support a 10 out of 10, especially since I mistakenly ordered the wrong model initially, but the Zager guitar company paid for my return shipment cost of the first guitar even though the mistake was mine, not Zager's.

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
Yes. It's a screamin good deal.

I greatly appreciate the personal touch in this guitar purchase from Dennis Zager and his family owned company.
