How did you hear about this brand?
Doin' a search on eBay for acoustic guitars. Then I went to the Zager site and loved what I saw.

How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
Right up there with the best guitars I've ever played.

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
The class act craftsmanship. And "THE SOUND"! Sounds like an expensive guitar. Out of this world!

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
$1200 - $1800

How would you rate customer support?
So far..... AAAAA+++++

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
Awe hell yeah!!! Why? Because Denny Zager and company are building some QUALITY guitars for a great price. They put alot into 'em. GREAT GUITAR!!!

Additional comments:
Personally, for me, I was looking for a nice quality guitar at a decent price that will last me for the rest of my days. And when I came across ZAGER's website and read up on all Denny had to say. I was impressed. I was also hooked. So I ordered my ZAD20E and I am MORE THEN satisfied. I got a GREAT GUITAR! Thanks Denny and Co.
