How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
No competition. It is I have a Martin and the Zager is much easier on the fingers and has a much richer sound

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
I can't get over the harmonics and overtones. It has a beautiful sound

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
I never looked at expensive guitars so I don\'t know. I paid about $450 for my Martin 15 years ago. The Zager blows it away!

How would you rate customer support?
Outstanding! I get a response to an Email very quickly, within hours

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
Already have. Ease of play, beautiful sound.

Additional comments:
I noticed some very negative posts yesterday when I was looking through the website. I want anyone reading this to know that I just received my Zager 80 and could not be happier with it. I have had similar experiences in my business, where if you are beating the competition with quality and price advantages, the slime starts flowing. An amusing anecdote for you: When I played my Zager 80 for the first time the other day, I couldn't put it down for 6 hours or so. The sound was amazing but my finger tips were on fire! Really sore. I was reading reviews and testimonials last night from other Zager owners about how they play for hours with no pain. Then the light went on! I was playing the Zager as if I was playing my Martin, pressing just as hard on the strings! So I took out my Zager and started strumming some chords with minimal pressure on the neck. I was amazed! I was getting the same wonderful sound with a fraction of the pressure, and therefore, no pain! I finally understand the uniqueness of the design. My other guitar, my first, a Guild F112 from 1972 or so, will be sold on Ebay in another 7 hours to pay for this guitar. I will not be taking advantage of the money back guarantee!! I am a very satisfied customer and have already recommended the Zager to my guitar playing friends.
